Use PASS-THROUGH views for Source Tables

When running overlapping mocks, we may need to have multiple copies of the Source and Target Snapshots. System Views handle changing targets, but we don't support the same for changing Source Snapshots. We pull data directly from SRCECC.dbo.MARA (for example). We should use System Views for Source Tables as well so we can create a view of MARA that can point to SRCECC.dbo.MARA, or SRCECC2.dbo.MARA as needed.
