Toggle button for 'Include Error Detail' on connection

In SQL Editor when you get certain errors in your query, a generic error message appears that says something to the effect of “if you want more details, you need to add ‘Include Error Detail’ = true in your connection string”.

In my case we are not hardcoding the connection string, so we would want a toggle switch on the setup to make this doable for us.
