SKP Quality Overview

SKP Quality overview dashboard includes all subject areas by default for the summary charts. There should be an option to select group of Subject areas, Datasets and/or Business Processes. In typical projects, we will have several of these assets that are used for sanbox/trainining/template etc. We should have a way to mark such assets NOT to be included in the Quality overview.
