SKP Migrate - Download Report with other deliminators than default CSV

We had instances where report had large number of records and data elements in the report contained comma. That caused the report download to create CSV file (by default) and that caused issue opening that report in excel by double clicking on CSV file, as data in field with comma was not shown properly as it got moved to next columns and excel was messed up. We need to provide flexibility to support other deliminator such as | and that would solve such isssues.

    I am submitting this as a DEFECT because all reports SHOULD be extractable as XLSX files based on addition of the streaming excel plugin we have implemented. But, even so, the CSV file should be properly wrapping columns in QUOTES to accomodate for inline Commas.

    The goal of the Streaming XLS was to avoid ever having to create a CSV file.

    I will ask to team to review what is happening with Large Volume data and insure that it works as designed.
