SKP Migrate - Download Report with other deliminators than default CSV

We had instances where report had large number of records and data elements in the report contained comma. That caused the report download to create CSV file (by default) and that caused issue opening that report in excel by double clicking on CSV file, as data in field with comma was not shown properly as it got moved to next columns and excel was messed up. We need to provide flexibility to support other deliminator such as | and that would solve such isssues.
