SKP Catalog/Quality - Dataset - Field Import

SKP Catalog/Quality - Dataset import doesnt have ability to import fields via file upload. It is extremely time consuming process to add data elements/fields to Dataset (one a a time). It should be similar to the table/fields are added in Dataset design for Migration, as it should auto-populate based on the META DATA previously scanned.
