Scenario/Role: Download for Reporting

As a designer, I want to be able to generate a report for a Scenario or Role so that I can see a complete view of that Scenario offline from IGC.

Success Criteria: The report should be able to be downloaded to a flat , read-only format including an image format (jpeg, png, etc). The report should be able to be downloaded as a PDF. The report should show the entire Scenario as well as all Child elements. The report should show the visual representation of the Scenario as well as the details of all of the attributes of the Scenario and their sub elements in a table type format.
