Rich Formatting in Definition Section of All Assets

The format editing options and fields are not the same for all assets:

• Term: Definition* field is plain text only. Additional Information is rich text enabled.
• Policy: Definition* field is rich text enabled. Purpose* field is plain text only.
• No other assets contain rich formatting options.

To enable consistency across the creation of all assets, it would be nice to have 1) rich text enabled across all assets, and 2) the same field (perhaps "Definition") be the field that has rich text enabled.
