Remove limitation of 10 character password length for Ritmo/i .NET provider

Currently, the Ritmo/i .NET provider only allows for passwords up to a length of 10 characters. This is highly unsafe in today’s time and forbidden in most security policies. Please remove the limitation by allowing passwords of a length that is common in modern times.
