Option to hide some bits (e.g. Synonyms) if not needed for the particular assets

It will make IGC page more clear if we can hide some of the sections (policy, rule, etc.) that build the assets (terms, data set). Sometimes lots of them are not needed at all and it would make description of assets more transparent.
