Migrate: Expose Service API ETL Endpoint's GET Method to Public

Hi,

Currently in Syniti Migrate API, ETL endpoints are not available under Public API but instead under Service API. I understand those endpoints are specifically used by the SKP's Orchestrate functionality, to provide integration with the Migrate ETLs. Still can you kindly expose only the GET method please.
