Initial SST Site Page column siteprojectmessagecenter column need to support HTML

The initial Site Page where System Identification and Informational links, Status of environment is documented no longer defaulted to support HTML data type(which it did in Prior release). This Page needed changes to continue to support HTML for Lilly ease of use and information support purposes. See attached example of how this page is used with HTML column property set to html.
