Include the expiration deadline in the IGC User Invitiation

When a user account is added to an IGC tenant, the IGC sends the user an invitation to authenticate/activate the account by signing in for the first time. The invitation link is valid for 72 hours, but the current notification does not make that clear to the recipient.
