Filtering any grid panel should display the filtered count

This is how reports work, and it is useful information to get a count of the filtered dataset once you’ve applied it. But there are many, many places in ADMM that do not show this count. For example, Snapshot Management.

Top to bottom in ADMM, applying a filter should come with an adjusted count on the screen.
