Enable Usage Level field in Mappings

Client wants to use field Usage Level drop down to define if the field is Local or Global.

Once used, they want to have it in mapping fields banner as attached screenshot, so they can filter the fields based on Local or Global value in that Usage Level.

    From a more general perspective, enhancement should enable any Data Element fields to be added as a column to Mappings for sorting/filtering purpose.
