Edit SQL rule not active for custom insert and delete rules

In Migrate, I'm sure the 'Edit SQL’ icon that jumps to the SQL Editor was mainly designed for Update rules, as the insert and delete rules are usually native within ETL and not saved as views. But in my case it is a custom created insert rule, and can be edited in the editor if I navigate directly to the editor itself. But the icon is deactivated in Migrate to jump directly from ETL to the editor. So whatever case statement you might be using to deactivate the icon needs to allow me to edit a delete or insert rule as well, when it's a view.
