Customer request: allow CSV downloads to use pipe or tab

In our case we have large reports that force downloads to into CSVs, no option for Excel. Customer has requested the option to download using alternate delimiters like pipe or tab. I think we’d like to see this option at an individual report level, but maybe also a global setting?
