Copy Snapshot Tables

Allow all the tables from one Snapshot to be imported or copied into another Snapshot.

This is mostly available using APPLICATION TABLES today - but it's not easy to make sure the APPLICATION TABLES are updated from the existing snapshot.

1. Make it easy to add all existing tables to the Application Table List
2. Make it easy to import/synch the application tables into a new Snapshot.
3. Explore other ideas to make this process intuitive.
