Cloud Replicate - WHERE CLAUSE

Include the where clause to the replications_export file.

Display an icon in the replications grid a where clause is configured on the replication.

Provide a way to mass add a where clause to all replications, i.e. MANDANT at Source level for SAP extractions using ODBC connection.
