Cloud Construct Table Add

When adding a new table to the Datastore we then have to go through several steps to setup the dataset for that table so it can be used in Cloud Construct. We need a way to create the dataset after we add and scan the table into a datastore. A button to create the dataset would be efficient and reduce the jumping out of Construct to get tables added
