Attributes (aka Data elements) can have multiple roles assigned

As a data steward I need the ability to assign multiple roles (RACI like) to an individual data elements.

1. Responsbile (role of the party who is tasked with work associated to a task or subject)

a. Business Owner
b. Technical Owner

2. Accountable (ultimately accountable for the results of the task, usually the approver of work being done by responsible parties)

a. Business
b. Technical

3. Consulted (subject matter experts whose opinion is valuable
4. Informed (those who need to be kept up to date on progress)

The guidance panel should provide short explanations and common uses of each element of the raci matrix.
