Allow multi-select in the Visual Designer

Implement Selection View, which will enable the user to select multiple shapes and perform bulk actions. Would like the available actions of moving the entire selection and also removing the entire selection.

It shows that you can also assign a custom action. If we could leverage snaplines, or have similar functionality, that'd be great. It'd allow the user to select a group and either align vertically or horizontally.
