Allow access to previous versions

As a Process Designer, I expect the ability to access the visual design for a Business Process from the Data Admin page for each Business Process and its previous versions

AC:

• Prior Versions are read only
• I can see all scenarios in the business process/ If just one scenario the zoom to fit shows the single scenario.
• I can zoom to fit for each scenario within a business process.
  can not edit all scenarios, scenario dependencies within the business process, roles in the scenarios, tasks in roles ,etc.. from this view of the visual designer
