Align Replicate tile icon and title links to go to Replicate Home

From the ADMM home page:
1) Migrate icon + “Migrate” + “Migrate Home” go to the same page.
2) Match icon + “Match” + “Match Home” go to the same page.
3) Replicate icon + “Replicate” go to one page. “Replicate Home” goes to another page.

This is inconsistent for the user and should be aligned.
