Add Obsolete/Deprecated Asset Status Type
When an asset is no longer actively used, but we need to preserve it for historical purposes, we need the ability to indicate the asset is "deprecated" or "obsolete". This status should also be exposed via elastic search for reporting purposes.

Agree - even the technical metadata which has been referenced previous (in a Mapping, for example) cannot truly be deleted until any references have been updated.
