Add dspCompose to Enforcement Profile for Data Quality

Currently, the Enforcement Profile is the only method for linking Entota Cloud rules to the implementation of those validation rules in DSP components. dspCompose is missing from the drop-down of applications in the Enforcement Profile. It is very important for impact assessment that we know all of the places that a particular Entota Cloud rule has been implemented and that we have traceability bi-directionally.
