Add Defect Field to Manual ETL Rules

In the mappings screen there is a field for 'Defect' which is excellent for longer projects or projects with lots of design changes. But we do not have this field available when making a manual rule in ETL - there is only Description and Comment. It would be nice if we could have an explicit field for defect here as well.
